Client Acquisition & Sales Lead
We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Client Acquisition & Sales Lead to drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new BPO clients across local and international markets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales within the BPO or outsourcing industry and excels at relationship-building, consultative selling, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Sales Strategy
Identify, prospect, and generate qualified leads for BPO services (voice, non-voice, back office, IT support, etc.).
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Build a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, networking, and industry events.
Client Relationship Management
Conduct consultative sales meetings and presentations tailored to client needs and industry pain points.
Lead the proposal and contract negotiation process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Maintain long-term relationships with newly acquired clients to encourage repeat business and account growth.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Monitor BPO industry trends and client demands to develop compelling sales approaches.
Analyze competitors’ offerings, pricing, and client acquisition strategies to stay ahead of the market.
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, solutions, pricing, legal) to develop client-specific proposals.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Report weekly on lead status, sales performance, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the BPO, outsourcing, or shared services industry.
Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding sales targets.
Strong network of contacts in industries such as healthcare, finance, e-commerce, or tech (a plus).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience working with international clients (US, UK, AU, etc.) is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with BPO delivery models (onshore, offshore, nearshore).
Strong understanding of service-level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs in outsourcing.
Experience using CRM and sales automation tools.
