Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO at WAJJAD will be responsible for leading the technology strategy and vision, overseeing software development, and ensuring the alignment of IT infrastructure with business goals. Day-to-day tasks will include managing project timelines, developing innovative technology solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development. The CTO will also play a critical role in shaping IT strategy and architecture to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development
Strong skills in Project Management and IT Strategy
Experience with IT Architecture and system design
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in the technology sector; familiarity with incubators or startups is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
