- Proven expertise in Team Management and providing Training to foster a collaborative and high-performing technical team environment.
- Strong Project Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee technical strategies efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing innovative solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Ability to conduct in-depth Research to identify emerging technologies and trends and implement them to support company goals.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in enterprise software solutions, cloud platforms, and system integration is preferred.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
