Role Overview

We are hiring a Chief Strategy Officer & Executive Vice President to serve as the primary strategic partner to the Founder. This role is responsible for organizational architecture, cross-functional alignment, and high-level strategic execution. This is a senior leadership role, a counterpart-level position, for someone who can help design, guide, and stabilize the company as it scales.

What You Will Lead

Partner with the Founder on strategic direction, planning, and organizational structure
Translate high-level vision into executable structures and cross-team initiatives
Build scalable systems for decision flow, communication, and operational clarity
Coordinate major projects across technical, strategic, and institutional domains
Influence high-level external conversations when needed
Monitor organizational health, alignment, and long-horizon strategic risks
Shape internal culture, processes, and long-term development pathways
