Chief Financial Officer

(REMOTE ROLE)

1. Software / SAAS Industry Experience Current or last company
2. PUBLIC Company as CFO or #2 Role
3. M&A Track Record with Successful Roadshow Experience
4. MBA

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, mergers & acquisitions, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and present financial, M&A and tax strategy recommendations to CEO & Board
• Run & Participate in Quarterly Earnings Calls to Wall Street, Investors, etc.
• Mentor and Manage the VP Controller
• Support the VP FP&A and team
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Oversee financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage all Banking Relationships

Qualifications

• Software or Software as a Service (SAAS) Public Company Experience
• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• M&A Top Level / Multiple Deal Experience
• 20+ years' of finance experience
• MBA or Big 4 CPA required
