Psyntient is a psychedelic technology company developing immersive infrastructure, biometric interfaces, and AI layers that will define the future of human transformation.

Our website is in progress and MVP underway. We’ve received early interest from Initio Capital and were invited to explore NVIDIA’s Inception program, their ecosystem for frontier startups with access to technical tools, partners, and VC networks via Inception Capital Connect.

We’re here to evolve the psychedelic experience — across clinical, retreat, and extended-state contexts — by building systems that quantify, guide, and enhance altered states. Our tools help users and facilitators prepare for, navigate, and integrate deep experiences using biometric feedback, immersive design, and AI-powered reflection.

🧩 What We’re Building

Psychedelics today lack intelligent infrastructure. Our platform bridges that gap through:

-A shared backend + modular front-ends for different users: individuals, retreat centers, therapists, researchers.

-Real-time biometric input + AI response to personalize and interpret experience.

-VR/XR immersion for emotional insight, narrative replay, and symbolic navigation.

-A reflective SaaS journal for integration, coaching, and long-term emotional growth.

-A biometric meditative experience and feedback platform for Meta Quest 3. Psyntient Ground supports:

-At-home users seeking self-inquiry, emotional regulation, and spiritual training.

-Retreats and clinics using it for psychedelic preparation and integration.

🧠 Why It Matters

Our AI systems will enable emotional and perceptual replay of sessions — allowing breakthroughs to be remembered, reflected on, and translated into insights. These moments become narrative maps, symbolic visuals, and integration prompts, stored securely in the user’s journal and tracked across multiple sessions.

This infrastructure empowers both users and facilitators to understand, communicate, and grow from the psychedelic journey — long after the session ends.

We believe psychedelics reveal structured, symbolic, and multi-dimensional realities — with their own laws, geometries, and languages. We're building tools that map these spaces using data from biometric signals, cognitive patterns, and shared archetypes.

Our goal: a living hyperspace manual that evolves across users, refined by experience and anchored in meaning. We draw from quantum cognition, mathematics, neuroscience, and AI to bring coherence to the ineffable — ethically and intelligently.

🔭 The Role: Founding Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO)

This is the second most important role at the company. AI here is not an internal tool — it is the connective tissue between inner space and outer architecture, between ineffable states and structured insight.

You’ll architect our real-time AI systems, build multi-agent intelligence layers, and guide the platform’s ability to listen, interpret, and support the most profound experiences humans can have.

🧠 Responsibilities

1. Architect the Soul of Our AI Ecosystem

Design a system of co-functioning AI agents — including a biometric translator, language interpreter, therapeutic guide, and realm-rendering engine. These will interface directly with participant states, guiding and responding in real-time.

2. Develop Biometric & Sensory Translation Systems

Build models that interpret EEG, heart rate, GSR, and other inputs — transforming them into feedback, visuals, or insights during sessions.

3. Build Reflective Memory + Replay Systems

Create LLM-based infrastructure that can narrate experiences back to participants — during and after — using symbolic storytelling, visuals, and therapeutic prompts.

4. Co-Design Psyntient Ground

Collaborate with the Founder and Chief Immersive Officer to shape and evolve Ground — embedding scalable AI components from v1 forward.

5. Lead Ritual-Aware AI Ethics

Establish data protocols, consent models, and behavioral boundaries for AI in sacred and therapeutic contexts. Pioneer a respectful new category of spiritual AI.

6. Build and Lead a World-Class Team

Recruit and mentor top talent in AI, ML, and neuroadaptive systems — aligned to our mission and unafraid to explore new territory.

7. Shape the Language of the Unknown

Design systems that help users articulate altered states. Your work will seed the first shared language of hyperspace, emotional terrain, and psychedelic insight.

-You've built or led AI systems: LLMs, multi-agent models, real-time decision engines, or symbolic architectures.

-You’ve worked with biometric data: EEG, BCI, heart-rate variability, emotional state modeling, or neuroadaptive systems.

-You understand immersive interface design (even if not hands-on in Unity/Unreal).

-You bring architectural clarity: modular thinking, long-term vision, and scalable structure.

-You’ve designed ethical or therapeutic AI systems before.

-You’ve led early-stage or experimental teams with visionary goals.

-You’re fascinated by altered states, language, healing, and the human mind.

-You communicate across research, code, and story with fluency.
