Business/Personal Assistant to CEO
Relocify is a fast-growing tech startup in the Netherlands, revolutionizing how expats and international employees find long-term housing through our convenient app. We collaborate with both small and large Dutch companies, offering virtual property tours and online contract signing. As we expand into new markets, we’re looking for a proactive and exceptionally organized Business & Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, personal tasks, and key administrative workflows.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare daily briefs
- Handle personal and business tasks, including travel, errands, and admin support
- Coordinate communication, ensuring smooth interaction with partners and team members
- Assist with business operations, research, and light project coordination
- Improve efficiency, helping structure processes and daily routines
- 1–2 years of experience in an assistant or coordination role
- Highly organized, proactive, and energetic
- Strong communication skills and a professional, detail-oriented mindset
- Business management knowledge is a plus
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to handle confidential information
