The Business Intelligence Professional for Radiometer is responsible for supporting the Commercial Excellence Manager in ensuring high quality execution of Standard Work processes and Business Intelligence/Enablement tools used in KPI reporting, Daily Management, Funnel Management, analytics and data visualizations. This individual is responsible for ensuring data quality management as local system administrator in Microsoft CRM and supports development and sustainment of critical BI tools related to CRM & ERP systems. As a key Commercial Excellence team member, they work to champion continuous improvement of data capture processes, increase access to fast and accurate data insights to empower informed decision making, and the development of effective, sustainable commercial workflows and enablement tools.

This position reports to the Commercial Excellence Manager and is part of the Commercial Excellence team and will be fully remote.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • CRM & Data Quality Management: Serve as local CRM administrator, ensuring accurate data imports, structural integrity, and compliance across CRM and ERP systems.
  • Reporting & Business Intelligence: Develop, maintain, and validate reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, KPI boards) to deliver actionable insights.
  • Internal Stakeholder Support & Training: Provide responsive support to internal teams on data-related queries. Deliver onboarding and small-group training sessions on CRM processes and data quality best practices.
  • Documentation & Process Governance: Draft and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and Requests for Change. Document business requirements for new and existing BI architecture and process improvements.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Data systems, Medical Technology or related field required
  • 2+ years’ experience and Strong Proficiency in Microsoft CRM/Salesforce, preferably experience maintaining data quality through local administrator duties and record imports
  • Ability to develop basic visual reports using Business Intelligence tools (ex. PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview) or Advanced Reporting in Excel
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to tailor for a range of audiences and stakeholders. Experience with Technical Writing, Standard Work Documentation and/or drafting Business Requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word (including use of style guides), Excel, and PowerPoint

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

  • 5-10% travel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with Change Management
  • Preferred experience with Power Query, statistical coding language (DAX or RStudio)
  • Knowledge of Data Model Schemas

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
