We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to promote and sell our unique culinary tours across the United States. This is a remote position, essential for expanding our reach within the B2B market and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies, targeting in-house corporate meeting planners, third-party meeting planning companies, destination management companies, and destination marketing organizations.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and how our group dining experiences can exceed expectations.
- Presentations and Proposals: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals highlighting the benefits of our dining experiences for corporate events.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while meeting sales targets.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Sales Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales or business development, specifically with convention visitor authorities, third-party meeting planners, and destination management companies.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales in hospitality, tourism, food & beverage, or meeting planning sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and tailor solutions to enhance their event experiences.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated history of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
