We need an English-fluent Business Development representative, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns through various channels (calls, emails, social media)

· Qualify outbound leads based on predefined criteria

· Understand prospect needs and tailor communication accordingly

· Build strong relationships with potential clients

· Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach

· Schedule meetings between prospects and sales team

· Provide regular sales performance reports to Operations Manager

· Collaborate with internal teams to optimize messaging and targeting

· Achieve and exceed booked meeting quotas

Requirements

· Proven track record in sales development or a similar role

· Proficiency in sales techniques (cold calling, emailing, social selling)

· Expert-level user of sales automation tools (Apollo)

· Advanced MS Excel skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Compensation:

· The Salary offered for this position is (USD) $1,000 per month.

· Commission plan based on qualified meetings booked that reach an accepted proposal stage in the sales funnel.

· Pay PTO, medical leave and vacations.

· This position is for an independent contractor.

· The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
