This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating and nurturing leads, and fostering relationships with potential partners and clients. The specialist will also engage in promoting The SM Records’ services, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team to support strategic growth initiatives. You will play a critical role in expanding the company’s artist and label network globally.
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in conducting Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate, pitch services, and build lasting relationships
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and nurturing client relationships to drive new business
- Customer Service abilities to provide exceptional support and resolve client inquiries
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Knowledge of the music, entertainment, or media industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Music Industry, or a related field is preferred
