This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The individual in this position will identify and generate leads, conduct market research, establish relationships with prospective clients, and engage in outreach strategies to expand business opportunities. They will work collaboratively with teams to develop business strategies, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company's client base. Ensuring exceptional customer service and identifying new ways to bring value to stakeholders will also be key responsibilities of this role.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, analyze data, and develop actionable business strategies
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, to foster relationships and present effectively to stakeholders
- Experience in lead generation and market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Proven customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with the medical or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development platforms is advantageous
