The Mission
Spire Soft is a startup in the Informatics space. We are currently finalizing our products and services, and we aren't looking for someone to "manage" a brand—we need someone to build it.
This is a Full-Time role for a "hunter" who can generate leads in the US Market using zero-budget, organic strategies. If you need a manager to give you a daily "to-do" list, this is not the role for you. We want a self-starter who takes initiative and delivers results.
What You’ll Be Doing (Full-Time)
Market Entry: Cold outreach and networking to introduce Spire Soft’s Informatics solutions to US clients.
Organic Growth: Using LinkedIn, forums, and direct engagement to build a pipeline without paid tools.
Lead Generation: Identifying decision-makers in the US and setting up high-value meetings.
Problem Solving: Navigating a "pre-launch" environment where you create the sales process from scratch

Full-Time Availability: This is your primary focus. You are dedicated to growing Spire Soft.
US Shift Readiness: You must be comfortable working Night Shifts to align with US business hours.
Independent Worker: You thrive when given a goal and left to find the best way to achieve it. You provide answers, not just questions.
Elite Communication: Fluent, persuasive English (written and verbal) for the US market.
