Business Development Representative - Home Office-
Location: Remote (Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico, or Peru)
Schedule: Administrative schedule
What you’ll do:
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns (web, events, webinars, etc.)
- Engage prospects via calls, email, and LinkedIn to understand needs and interest
- Enrich and validate lead data using tools like Salesforce and ZoomInfo
- Route qualified leads to the correct sales teams and ensure smooth handoff
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
- Track activity and report on key metrics
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in BDR, sales development, or lead qualification
- Experience working with sales and marketing teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, and outreach tools
- Advanced English (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B tech environments
- Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks
- Experience supporting direct and channel sales teams
