Business Development Representative - Home Office-


Location: Remote (Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico, or Peru)

Schedule: Administrative schedule


What you’ll do:

  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns (web, events, webinars, etc.)
  • Engage prospects via calls, email, and LinkedIn to understand needs and interest
  • Enrich and validate lead data using tools like Salesforce and ZoomInfo
  • Route qualified leads to the correct sales teams and ensure smooth handoff
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Track activity and report on key metrics

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years of experience in BDR, sales development, or lead qualification
  • Experience working with sales and marketing teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, and outreach tools
  • Advanced English (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B tech environments
  • Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks
  • Experience supporting direct and channel sales teams
