Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) – Healthcare (PCP/Clinic) Pipeline Owner

Salary: ₱24,000 – ₱30,000/month + ₱10,000 commission per client signed


Job Summary:

We are hiring a Healthcare-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to own outbound outreach and manage our pipeline from first contact to booked discovery call. This is a full-time, fully remote role (optional BGC office). Work schedule follows US Mountain Time (MT).

You will prospect and engage Primary Care Providers (PCPs), clinics, and healthcare practices to introduce our Medical Virtual Assistant / back-office support services. The founder handles pricing, proposals, contracts, and closing—you own consistent pipeline execution and movement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily outbound outreach to PCPs, clinics, and healthcare practices via LinkedIn, email, phone, and approved channels
  • Build and maintain targeted healthcare prospect lists (providers, practice managers, office managers, administrators)
  • Follow up consistently and professionally until you receive a clear response (yes/no)
  • Qualify leads based on agreed criteria (decision-maker, need, fit, timing) and set meetings with the founder
  • Book discovery calls and coordinate schedules with the founder
  • Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline updates, notes, and lead statuses
  • Support light marketing execution tied to lead generation (posting/reposting, simple outreach campaigns)
  • Provide weekly reporting on outreach activity, pipeline health, and booked calls
  • Capture and report common objections to improve scripts and targeting


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years experience in outbound sales / lead generation / BDR roles
  • Healthcare outreach experience required: exposure to Primary Care Providers, clinics, medical practices, or healthcare staffing/services
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and persistent follow-ups
  • Organized and disciplined with pipeline tracking and CRM updates
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach tools; CRM experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may substitute
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: ₱24,000 – ₱30,000 per month
  • Commission: ₱10,000 per client signed
