This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will identify and engage potential clients, conduct outbound prospecting, generate leads, and qualify prospects. They will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets, actively build relationships with potential customers, and identify new opportunities to drive company growth.
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Sales and Business Development
- Self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
