In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of growth—proactively engaging prospects, running strategic outreach, working conferences, and nurturing relationships that turn into qualified opportunities. Your goal is to spark meaningful conversations and secure demos with key decision-makers in skilled nursing and post-acute organizations. You’ll partner closely with sales and leadership to build momentum, refine targeting, and ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and engage post-acute care operators across SNFs and HHAs.
  • Execute outbound campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Schedule qualified demos with operators and admissions leaders.
  • Work conference floors effectively by initiating conversations with leaders in the space to generate new relationships.
  • Track and maintain all outreach and pipeline activity through CRM tools (HubSpot).
  • Follow up consistently on inbound leads and event-generated contacts.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs focused on demos, outreach activity, and new opportunities generated.
  • Provide structured feedback from conversations to help refine messaging and outbound strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in sales or business development (healthcare strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-driven
  • Genuine interest in healthcare technology and operational improvement

Travel Expectations

  • Open to traveling about 50% for conferences and industry events.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base + performance commission structure
  • Direct mentorship and visibility with leadership
  • 100% remote flexibility
  • Frequent travel
  • Ability to make a meaningful impact in the evolution of healthcare operations
