Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategic business plans. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions, and negotiating sales agreements. The Business Development Manager is also expected to represent the company at industry events and contribute to continuous business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and building client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and networking
- Organizational acumen, project management, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of the foodservice and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries is a plus
- Experience working independently in a remote role while achieving or exceeding goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
