Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the MENA and South American regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the trading or financial services industry and a proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across MENA and South America

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and introducing brokers (IBs)

• Drive client acquisition and increase trading volumes

• Represent BCM Markets at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client onboarding and retention

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development within the trading, brokerage, or financial services industry

• Strong existing network and client portfolio is highly preferred

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious targets

• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to target regions are a plus
