Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Manager. The selected individual will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth by promoting Fuzia Talent’s services. Day-to-day responsibilities include client prospecting, designing and executing growth strategies, collaborating with the marketing team, and negotiating contracts. The role requires proactive problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions that align with clients’ business goals.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in business development, sales strategies, and market research.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction, proposal presentation, and negotiations.
Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing, and automation platforms.
Ability to analyze data, generate leads, and identify growth opportunities.
Experience working remotely and managing virtual teams is an advantage.
A proactive and innovative mindset to drive business goals and build partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred: Experience working with or in a digital marketing agency.
