Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand market presence. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends, managing the sales pipeline, and providing strategic input to achieve growth goals. Additional responsibilities include negotiating and closing deals, fostering long-term partnerships, and aligning business strategies to meet organizational objectives.

- Strong business development and sales skills, including identifying opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in telecommunications, IT services, or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
