Business Development Manager
Business Development Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency (mandatory), preferably with exposure to GCC markets.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and able to manage the full sales cycle in a fully remote, performance-driven environment.
Lead Generation & Outreach- Research and identify potential clients within target industries.
- Execute cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other direct channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and initiate first contact.
- Book introductory and discovery calls with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Conduct discovery, sales, and qualification calls in Arabic and English.
- Attend online client meetings to support proposals, pitches, and commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pitches, and tailored solutions.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Follow up consistently until deal closure.
- Ensure smooth handover to the delivery team after closing.
