Working hand in hand with the marketing team, you will respond to qualified inbound leads and ensure that each opportunity is handled with professionalism and pace. You will be confident in articulating how my client’s services support workforce engagement and deliver measurable value. Once a client is onboarded you will remain their main point of contact, developing the account and identifying additional services that can boost their engagement strategy.

  • Work closely with marketing to maximise inbound opportunity and convert warm leads
  • Build meaningful relationships with HR professionals, health and wellbeing managers and culture leads

You will understand the challenges faced by HR and wellbeing stakeholders and be able to communicate how you can support them in building a happier, more engaged workforce. You will also be naturally curious, resilient and motivated by the opportunity to build something significant in a growing organisation.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Confident using LinkedIn and CRM systems (Salesforce)) to manage outreach and pipeline development
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, supportive team environment
  • A consultative and solutions focused approach to client engagement
