About The Role

Our client, a WBE/MBE-certified marketing and advertising agency specializing in youth-culture-first campaigns, is looking for a results-driven New Business Project Manager. You’ll lead efforts to find and win new opportunities, craft winning proposals, nurture client relationships, and keep the business pipeline full.

What We’re Looking For

A competitive, self-sufficient professional from the advertising or marketing world who knows how agencies work and has a proven track record of closing deals. You could come from accounts, creative, project management, or a new business team—but you thrive on winning new business.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for brand, state, and government RFPs and evaluate fit (3–4 opportunities daily)
  • Write compelling proposals and manage budgets, timelines, and submissions (submit 2+ proposals per week)
  • Maintain systematic outreach to prospects and existing clients (send 10+ strategic emails daily; keep touch with 50+ prospects/clients)
  • Use LinkedIn, Substack, and social channels to stay top-of-mind
  • Build CRM systems, templates, playbooks, and reporting to track pipeline and results

Must Have

  • 3–5 years in advertising/marketing (accounts, creative, project management, or new business)
  • Proven track record of winning new business with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows and client needs
  • Exceptional proposal writing skills
  • Competitive, results-driven, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

  • Experience with state or government procurement
  • Background in youth marketing or social impact campaigns
  • Production budgets and project management experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM PST

Compensation: paid in USD

Location: 100% remote
