Responsibilities
- Hunt for brand, state, and government RFPs and evaluate fit (3–4 opportunities daily)
- Write compelling proposals and manage budgets, timelines, and submissions (submit 2+ proposals per week)
- Maintain systematic outreach to prospects and existing clients (send 10+ strategic emails daily; keep touch with 50+ prospects/clients)
- Use LinkedIn, Substack, and social channels to stay top-of-mind
- Build CRM systems, templates, playbooks, and reporting to track pipeline and results
- 3–5 years in advertising/marketing (accounts, creative, project management, or new business)
- Proven track record of winning new business with measurable results
- Strong understanding of agency workflows and client needs
- Exceptional proposal writing skills
- Competitive, results-driven, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented
- Experience with state or government procurement
- Background in youth marketing or social impact campaigns
- Production budgets and project management experience
