Internship Details:
- Position: Business Development Intern
- Duration: 3 Months
- Location: Remote / On-site Lahore
- Timings: 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKT)
- Internship Type: Unpaid
Key Responsibilities:
- Research accounts and identify decision-makers using LinkedIn, Upwork, and databases.
- Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Support inbound lead follow-up from marketing campaigns.
- Learn to uncover prospect pain points and IT/tech needs.
- Practice qualifying leads and setting up discovery calls for senior team members.
- Shadow real client meetings to understand the consultative sales process.
- Get hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot / Salesforce alternatives).
- Track activity, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
- Learn how to report performance to the CSO and CEO.
- Work with the CMO & Marketing Specialist to create outreach messaging and email campaigns.
- Assist in planning and supporting webinars, online events, or networking activities.
- Build early relationships with potential referral partners
Requirements:
Location: Fully Remote (Open to candidates globally)
Skills:
- Students / Recent Graduates in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Confident with cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Familiar with tools like Upwork, Mailshake/Instantly, or CRMs (bonus, not required).
- Curious, organized, and resilient—comfortable with rejection and eager to grow.
