About Us
Blackmont Consulting is a student-led organization focused on providing consulting experience to students and recent graduates. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to contribute to our team while gaining hands-on experience in business development and consulting.
Role Overview
This is a volunteer internship designed to give students and recent graduates professional experience. Participants will have the opportunity to learn, develop skills, and gain insights into consulting practices.
Responsibilities
- Practice research potential consulting opportunities
- Review organizational capabilities as part of consulting case discussions
- Practice identifying client requirements and preparing materials
- Assist in preparing sample consulting presentations and recommendations
- Conduct practice analysis of organizations for training purposes
Requirements
- Current student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or recent graduate
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Familiarity with consulting industry trends is a plus
