Position Summary:

We are seeking a mission-driven, highly motivated Business Development Intern (Volunteer) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in nonprofit business development, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and grant research while contributing directly to CLTI’s mission of expanding access to career opportunities for underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential corporate, foundation, and nonprofit partners.
Assist with drafting partnership proposals, outreach emails, and presentations.
Support fundraising and donor cultivation efforts.
Research and track grant opportunities, deadlines, and application requirements.
Maintain and update partner and donor databases.
Collaborate with leadership on reports and presentations for funders and partners.
Participate in regular virtual team meetings and provide progress updates.

Remote position.
Flexible schedule, ~20 hours per week.
3-month commitment preferred.
