We are seeking a Business Development (Full-Cycle Sales) with at least 3 years of experience in full-cycle sales and a verifiable record of new business generation, preferably in the energy sector, particularly with SaaS products and B2B services.


You will play a key role in growing our client base, building strategic partnerships, and working closely with Energy Hire leadership to build the success that will fuel the expansion of our business development team. Your experience and success with Agency Recruiting Sales/Business Development will fuel your success as you close Recruiting as a Service contracts for Energy Hire.


Please Note: This role is built for Recruiters with agency experience, specifically with sales excellence and a focus on new client acquisition. This job is optimized for new business acquisition. There is no account management responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment client sales- Acquire new business for Energy Hire through full-funnel sales activities.
  • Create and maintain a strong, reliable, and high-potential short-term pipeline.
  • Attain or exceed all business development, sales, and revenue goals.
  • Strategic sales processes to maximize the rate and speed of closed deals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with energy companies through networking, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders and hiring managers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Energy Hire’s SaaS and RaaS recruitment solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Talent teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Represent Energy Hire at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Help recruit, mentor, and develop future business development team members as the company grows.


Qualifications:

  • 3 to 7+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing, with a strong focus on business development, sales and new client acquisition, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, client prospecting, and deal negotiations.
  • A network within the energy sector is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Salary range -$57,040.00 $70,000

Commission: An aggressive incentive plan with a first year OTE target of $200k
