Business Development Executive (Lending Solution)
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cross-border e-commerce or the finance/banking sector and possess strong interpersonal and sales skills. Your main responsibility will be to identify, onboard, and sell customized lending solutions to cross-border e-commerce merchants, supporting their growth and scaling efforts in global markets. - Location: Remote (candidates must be based in Hanoi)
- Salary Range: Up to 30.000.000 VND Gross (no incentive)
- Working hour: Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify cross-border e-commerce merchants needing financing, build pipelines via outreach, and tailor product pitches.
- Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell lending solutions, support deal negotiations, and achieve sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Market & Internal Collaboration: Stay informed on industry trends and collaborate with internal teams (product, ops, marketing).
- Reporting & Admin: Maintain CRM records, track performance metrics, and report to the Business Development Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles in e-commerce or finance.
- Familiarity with lending products and cross-border e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Decent English or Chinese communication.
