TallyTiics is expanding its presence in the UK market and is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can drive business growth, acquire new UK clients, and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
- Experience in international client acquisition (UK preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, or professional services (preferred, not mandatory)
- Practical exposure to client handling, proposal drafting, and business development activities
- Experience in lead generation, market research, and revenue growth strategies
Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Executive. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and contributing to the company’s growth and business expansion strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads from the UK market
• Acquire new UK clients and build long-term relationships
• Pitch accounting, tax, and compliance services to UK businesses
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
• Prior experience working with UK clients (preferred)
• Knowledge of accounting, tax, or professional services is a plus
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in UK shift hours
