Position: Appointment Setter
As part of The Power Grid appointment setting team, you are on the frontlines of lead generation and client acquisition, helping homeowners transition from expensive power bills to clean solar energy. Your primary day-to-day activities include direct homeowner lead generation through cold calling, remote appointment setting through an auto-dialer, and setting quality in-home appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Make use of calls and text messages to identify the validity and potential of leads
- Outbound calls for appointment setting.
- Represent The Power Grid in an esteemed manner.
- Learn and use our CRM and other tools for the job.
- Become a proficient appointment setter with an understanding of all aspects of the product.
- Setting great quality appointments that sell.
Pay Structure:
- Weekly Base Pay.
- Attractive Bonuses for Demos.
- Huge commissions per install.
- Weekly incentives and constant spiffs.
- Standard quota per appointment setter is 6 to 8 sales/month.
- Pay projection is $60k to $100,000k per year, or more, but in no way guaranteed.
- 1099-contractor type of job.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in outbound call center experience.
- Adaptability to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to follow the script and our proven formula for success.

- Willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions.
- Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; measures self against a standard of excellence.

- 18+ years old.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
What We Expect If You Are Accepted:
We expect total commitment and a high work ethic for you to be successful with us. We have a 3-days special training program to help you achieve success and a 15-Days Probationary Nesting Program that fuels your business. Everyone on the team at the executive level started in this role, and individuals that give it their all at the beginning have a higher success rate. We put all our effort into your success at the start.
During the probationary period, we expect you to drop all other commitments, fully buy in, put 100% effort in every day, and challenge yourself to achieve 4 Demos (if you don't hit at least 4 demos, you will get paid for the demos alone and the installs, no base pay) If you are ready to grow quickly, run fast, learn from our leadership, and give us your all, we are the right fit for each other. If you're looking for something easy that you just clock in and out; The Power Grid is not for you.
Job Type:
- Full-time (Remote).
Pay:
- $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 or more per year.
- Opportunities to grow within the Company.
Schedule:
- 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM EST.
- Monday to Friday.
- 30 minutes for lunch, two breaks of 15 minutes each.
- Weekend availability.
Experience:
- Appointment Setting or Lead Generation: 2 years or more (Required).
- Telemarketing / Cold Calling: 1 year or more (Not required but a big plus).
- Customer service: 1 year or more (Not required but a big plus).
- Solar Appointment Setting: Not required but highly desirable.
