Business Development Consultant


Talint's client, an award winning digital marketing agency, is looking to add a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Business Development Consultant to their growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving new business growth by identifying high-quality prospects, presenting tailored digital marketing solutions, and closing new client engagements.



The right candidate will have 2–4 years of B2B experience in digital marketing sales, a proven track record of exceeding quotas, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle. This remote role requires candidates who are highly motivated, competitive, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in digital marketing or paid advertising;
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly quotas
  • Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills
  • Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing services
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, workflows, and email automation
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent organization and time management
  • Must live in the USA

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients via calls, emails, inbound leads, and networking
  • Record all sales activity inside HubSpot CRM
  • Create and manage targeted outreach and email workflows
  • Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and tradeshows to generate new business
