Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with potential clients—particularly through digital channels like LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, a strong commercial mindset, and a proven track record in B2B sales or business development—especially in the tech or consulting sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new clients in Ireland and internationally.
- Leverage LinkedIn for outbound prospecting, including connection building, messaging, and content engagement.
- Build a strong personal brand on LinkedIn through regular, value-driven posts and thought leadership.
- Engage with relevant content, communities, and industry discussions to increase visibility and credibility.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and optimize conversion.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs and position our AI solutions effectively.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular reporting on KPIs and pipeline health.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in tech or consulting).
- Demonstrated success in using LinkedIn for lead generation and personal branding.
- Strong understanding of AI, data science, or digital transformation trends (technical background a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Able to work within Irish business hours.
Desirable
- Experience working in or with AI/ML consultancies or SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with Irish and EU tech markets and business culture.
- Background in content marketing, growth hacking, or digital strategy.
