Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, and developing strong client relationships. The associate will create impactful presentations, communicate effectively with potential clients, and contribute to achieving the company’s business growth objectives.

Qualifications

Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver effective Presentations
Experience in Lead Generation and conducting thorough Market Research
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently, with strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software is a plus
Familiarity with business development practices in staffing or recruitment industries is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
