About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Business Analyst Lead to guide and mature the Business Analysis function within our Technology & Operations Department. This role blends team leadership, operational strategy, and hands-on documentation management to translate client and internal requirements into scalable, automation-ready workflows.
Ideal candidates excel in structured, cross-functional environments and are skilled at converting complex operational needs into clear deliverables. The role demands strong stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment across internal teams (Technology, Operations, Professional Services, Automation) and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across functional domains and global locations
· Define and uphold standards for requirement gathering, documentation quality, and prioritization protocols
· Review and approve user stories, workflows, and functional documentation before delivery or development handoff
· Coordinate structured planning sessions and collaborate closely with Automation and Operations teams to ensure delivery alignment
· Serve as liaison between internal departments and clients to validate business logic, platform needs, and delivery expectations
· Oversee traceability between Business Analyst documentation and platform configuration
· Develop and maintain templates, SOPs, and documentation standards for the BA team
· Capture feedback loops from users and clients, translating them into continuous improvement initiatives
· Escalate and resolve complex client or delivery-related issues in collaboration with Leads and Product Owners
· Support onboarding and coaching for new Business Analysts and Professional Services Engineers
Skills and Qualifications
· 5+ years in Business Analysis, Process Design, or Operational Workflow roles
· Proven experience leading or mentoring analysts or cross-functional teams
· Understanding of agile methodologies
· Proficiency in process mapping tools, documentation tools, and task tracking platforms.
· Familiarity with automation concepts and platforms
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to synthesize complex operational requirements into clear deliverables
· Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
· Experience navigating competing priorities across client-facing and operational teams
