Job Title: Business Analyst (Learning Technology & AI Capability)

Duration: 6 months to start ASAP

Day rate: Circa £400 per professional day

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised professional body, that provides qualifications for finance professionals. They are looking for someone to lead the definition of the learning technology and AI tooling ecosystem required to support the development and scaling of a new suite of B2B learning products. This role will focus on identifying, shaping, and enabling the tools, platforms, and processes required to efficiently build and deliver high-quality digital learning solutions at scale.

Working closely with Product, Technology, and Learning teams, the successful candidate will translate product requirements into a clear technology capability roadmap, ensuring the effective use of learning platforms, authoring tools, and AI-driven solutions to maximise efficiency and output.

Key Responsibilities

Define the learning technology and AI tooling landscape required to support product delivery
Translate product requirements into scalable technical capabilities
Identify opportunities to leverage AI in content creation and delivery
Work with Product and Tech teams to align tooling with product vision
Support the development of efficient, repeatable content production processes

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Business Analyst background (digital / technology focus)
Experience within digital learning / learning technology environments
Understanding of LMS, authoring tools, and content delivery platforms
Experience working with or around AI-enabled tools and workflows
Ability to translate business needs into technical capability

Desirable Experience

Experience designing scalable content production models
Exposure to automation within learning or content environments
Professional education or membership body experience
Stakeholder Environment
Works with Product Lead, Technology teams, Learning teams, and external vendors
