Business Analyst

Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between.

Responsibilities

  • Work with core teams and stakeholders to understand process and system changes to identify communication and other mitigations
  • Incorporation of multiple points of information into a consolidated process view
  • Create insightful content that fulfills company standards and reader goals in a clear, procedural manner
  • Manage the communications plan as you develop materials and other assets, reporting on execution
  • Support broad project team communication needs reviewing materials, producing decks, and generating ad hoc communications
  • Utilize a variety of media formats, including prose, charts, images and graphics, and models
  • Analyze current content inventory, make improvements, identify gaps, and contribute to a strong content library for users and core teams

Qualifications

  • Experience in writing technical software documentation and other communication types
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience working with organizational or business stakeholders
  • Experience working with MS-Office and other technology tools
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Computer Science, English, or a related degree

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
