About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst, Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. This remote position plays a crucial role in designing and analyzing complex information systems related to healthcare domains such as Provider Enrollment, Claims, Benefits Administration, Member Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Third Party Liability, and Managed Care Contracts. The Business Analyst, Specialist will be responsible for understanding and translating business requirements into functional solutions, ensuring seamless integration across systems, and aligning project deliverables with strategic business objectives. The role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, providing technical expertise, and developing innovative solutions to meet complex healthcare operational needs. About The Role

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant business analysis experience
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in TPL, Buy-in, or Provider Medicaid Enrollment domains
- At least 5+ years of experience working on large, complex healthcare projects
- Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare verticals
- Strong background in healthcare domain analysis, particularly around Core Claims, Provider Management, and Enrollment Systems
- Excellent customer relationship management, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams in requirements gathering and design sessions
- Deep understanding of SDLC and requirements elicitation and validation techniques
- Proficiency in SQL and technical solutioning
- Knowledge of Quality-of-Care programs
- Experience with data integration, system enhancements, and planning
- Elicit and analyze business requirements by collaborating with customers and stakeholders
- Design and present technical solutions for complex healthcare functionalities
- Provide exceptional customer support through demos, presentations, and issue resolution
- Understand system architecture and cross-functional integrations to ensure cohesive solutions
- Contribute to the Business Analysis practice by publishing white papers and thought leadership
- Apply healthcare domain expertise to review and analyze system issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Escalate risks and issues promptly, assisting in developing effective mitigation strategies
- Develop technical solution documentation, including proposals and cost estimates
- Support requirements change management and ensure adherence to corporate policies, including HIPAA regulations
- Identify gaps between product features and customer requirements, recommending improvements
- Translate business needs into functional system requirements and business processes
- Collaborate with solution architects, technical leads, and stakeholders to implement solutions
- Assess potential system impacts of proposed functionalities and conduct decision analysis for optimal solutions
- Create prototypes, wireframes, and proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed solutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance quality and reduce costs
