Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a remote long-term contract opportunity with our Government client based in Winnipeg. This term is expected until March 2027 with potential of extension.

The Business Analyst will have a minimum of 10 years of experience implementing information system projects in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.
Provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Qualifications

Valid Certificate in Allscripts/Altera (Eclipsys) ADT or Allscripts/Altera (Eclipsys) Clinical Documentation application configuration
Valid Prosci Change Management Certification
Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
10 years’ experience in an analyst role supporting digital information system implementation projects and process mapping activities.
10 years’ experience in a business analysis role implementing information system projects in a healthcare environment.
3 years’ experience implementing standardized clinical and operational processes on a provincial scale.
5 years’ experience performing configuration and set-up on the Altera Sunrise suite of healthcare information system products.
3 years’ experience implementing clinical information systems to accommodate long-term or homecare patient registration.
3 years of experience implementing software within a homecare setting. Responses should include experience with Procura or AlayaCare software
