Business Analyst
Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a remote long-term contract opportunity with our Government client based in Winnipeg. This term is expected until March 2027 with potential of extension.
The Business Analyst will have a minimum of 10 years of experience implementing information system projects in a healthcare environment.

- Facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.
- Provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
- Valid Certificate in Allscripts/Altera (Eclipsys) ADT or Allscripts/Altera (Eclipsys) Clinical Documentation application configuration
- Valid Prosci Change Management Certification
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
- 10 years’ experience in an analyst role supporting digital information system implementation projects and process mapping activities.
- 10 years’ experience in a business analysis role implementing information system projects in a healthcare environment.
- 3 years’ experience implementing standardized clinical and operational processes on a provincial scale.
- 5 years’ experience performing configuration and set-up on the Altera Sunrise suite of healthcare information system products.
- 3 years’ experience implementing clinical information systems to accommodate long-term or homecare patient registration.
- 3 years of experience implementing software within a homecare setting. Responses should include experience with Procura or AlayaCare software
- Criminal background check is required.
