Job Overview:

Aura Power is seeking a dynamic and motivated Brand Promoter - Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will use WhatsApp as a primary platform to engage potential customers, promote our brand, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Promotion: Leverage WhatsApp to promote Aura Power's products and services, creating engaging content, sharing offers, and communicating brand messages effectively.
  • Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain regular communication with potential customers via WhatsApp. Provide information, answer queries, and nurture relationships to drive interest and sales.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and connect with potential leads, qualifying prospects and converting them into customers through direct WhatsApp conversations.
  • Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets by promoting products and services, negotiating prices, and closing deals via WhatsApp.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored to the target audience to promote products and services on WhatsApp.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and enhance brand positioning.
  • Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, sales metrics, customer feedback, and engagement data to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand promotion, with a focus on digital platforms. Experience in using WhatsApp for business communication is preferred.
