Role Description

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and entrepreneurial Summer Intern to support the brand across marketing, content, partnerships, and growth. This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with an early-stage startup and contribute to real brand-building initiatives across social, digital, and community-driven channels.


This role is fully remote and ideal for a college student who is resourceful, organized, tapped into internet culture, and excited to contribute across functions. The intern will support projects across digital marketing, social media, and creator partnerships, while playing a key role in expanding Hyli’s digital growth, brand visibility, and community presence across channels.


What You'll Do:

  • Support brand strategy and social media growth through the ideation, creation, and execution of on-brand short-form content across platforms
  • Assist with digital advertising and promotional initiatives across social and e-commerce channels
  • Research and pitch campaign ideas for Meta, Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, and other growth platforms
  • Support outreach to influencers, TikTok affiliates, college ambassadors, and potential brand partners
  • Help manage ambassador relationships, including content tracking, creative guidance, and ongoing communication
  • Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to inform growth opportunities
  • Assist with email marketing and timely campaign ideation tied to seasonal moments, trends, and key brand occasions
  • Contribute to cross-functional startup projects with a focus on brand awareness, audience growth, and digital presence


Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in startups, wellness, brand-building, and consumer products
  • Comfortable with social media, filming short-form content, and digital culture
  • Strong creative instincts and an eye for what makes content engaging, timely, and on-brand
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who is proactive, adaptable, and excited to work across functions
  • Interest in influencer marketing, partnerships, community-building, and digital growth
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Strong awareness of consumer brands, trends, and emerging marketing strategies
  • Experience with TikTok, Instagram, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
