Job Title: Brand Insights Analyst (Marketing Manager)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage global projects across multiple regions and cultures
  • Coordinate and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver written reports and insights
Must-Have Qualifications

Relevant Titles:

  • Senior Researcher
  • Senior Data Analyst

Industry Experience:

  • Client companies
  • B2C environments with multi-region or multi-market exposure

Technical Skills & Tools:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., SPSS, Tableau or similar platforms)
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights

Core Skills & Experience:

  • Strong statistical understanding (e.g., interpreting trends, variance, regression concepts)
    • Ability to distinguish meaningful changes vs. data noise
    • Familiarity with concepts such as statistical significance and drivers of change
  • Experience managing large-scale survey programs and trackers across multiple countries
  • Ability to analyze datasets (primarily in Excel), synthesize findings, and translate into compelling narratives
  • Experience working with and managing multiple vendors (e.g., fieldwork, data processing)
  • Understanding of perception vs. behavioral metrics and identifying barriers
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple dependencies

Team Structure:

  • Works closely with a team lead and cross-functional insights team (~8 members)
  • Regular interaction with a broad set of stakeholders
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience working with global research suppliers
  • Familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools managed by third-party vendors

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor fieldwork for ongoing brand tracking programs across multiple global markets
  • Oversee quarterly pulse surveys across various regions
  • Draft and deliver research reports and insights
  • Supervise dashboard activity managed by third-party providers
  • Support ad hoc analysis related to brand performance
  • Manage end-to-end survey execution
Required Experience
  • Product or brand research/insights experience
  • 5+ years managing brand tracking programs across multiple countries
  • Experience authoring research reports
Required Technical Skills
  • Basic statistical knowledge (e.g., correlations, statistical testing)
  • Experience with survey and analytics platforms (e.g., Quicksuite or similar tools)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
