Thrive Business Solutions supports labour hire and NDIS clients with bookkeeping, payroll and full corporate back-office solutions. We keep their businesses organised, compliant and running smoothly, so they can focus on what matters most.

- Someone who lives in the Gold Coast, Logan or Brisbane Region so we can catch up in person
Your Experience
- Experienced bookkeeper (labour hire experience is a bonus)
- Able to manage a full client portfolio independently
- Cert IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting (minimum)
- Registered BAS Agent is a huge plus
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Enjoys working remotely and can manage their time beautifully
What You’ll Own
- Month-end, reconciliations and reporting
- AP/AR, journals, debtors and clean financials across all clients
- Leading and supporting the finance team
- Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Client communication, problem-solving and maintaining high service standards
- Driving continuous improvement so the engine room runs better and smoother
