Thrive Business Solutions supports labour hire and NDIS clients with bookkeeping, payroll and full corporate back-office solutions. We keep their businesses organised, compliant and running smoothly, so they can focus on what matters most.

Your Experience

  • Experienced bookkeeper (labour hire experience is a bonus)
  • Able to manage a full client portfolio independently
  • Cert IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting (minimum)
  • Registered BAS Agent is a huge plus
  • Proven leadership or management experience
  • Enjoys working remotely and can manage their time beautifully


What You’ll Own

  • Month-end, reconciliations and reporting
  • AP/AR, journals, debtors and clean financials across all clients
  • Leading and supporting the finance team
  • Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Client communication, problem-solving and maintaining high service standards
  • Driving continuous improvement so the engine room runs better and smoother
