Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand our footprint in the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships with decision makers, securing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute business strategies tailored to small, mid size and local big companies.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in the public amd private sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, procurement officers, and industry partners.
  • Lead proposal development efforts, working closely with internal teams to craft compelling bids and proposal.
  • Stay informed on new customer needs and government regulations, policies, and funding trends to align business objectives with market needs.
  • Representing the company at industry conferences, networking events, and government meetings.




Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, and high ticket closing.
  • Strong understanding of doing business in the U.S.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex conpanies landscapes and drive successful partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.

Salary & Commissions:


  • Salary: $1,200.00 + 10% in sales commissions.
  • Estimated Per Month Sales Commissions: $20,833.33 (10% new sales, 5% recurring sales).
  • Bonus: $5,500.00 (quarterly) after 100% of goals are completed.
  • Profit Sharing: $6,560.00 (year) after 100% of year goals completed.
  • Net Annual Estimated: $90,060.00 - $300,000.00




Sales Goals:


  • $2,500,000.00 per year.
  • $625,000.00 per quarter.
  • $208,333.33 per month.
