We’re looking for motivated, curious Backend Development Interns who want to gain real-world experience building cloud-native services, APIs, and infrastructure components.

Location: Remote / Flexible

Duration: 3–6 months (flexible commitment)

What You'll Do

Collaborate with our backend team on designing & developing microservices
Build RESTful APIs, data models, & authentication flows
Help integrate 3rd-Party systems & tooling
Work with Docker, messaging systems, & cloud infrastructure components
Participate in code reviews & architecture discussions
Learn & apply best practices for secure, scalable backend systems

What We're Looking For

Strong interest in backend development & cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with Python, Node.js, or similar languages
Basic understanding of REST APIs & databases (MongoDB/PostgreSQL)
Willingness to learn fast & work collaboratively
Self-motivated & comfortable working remotely
Previous experience a plus, but not required

This is an unpaid internship, ideal for students or early-career developers looking to build practical experience, expand their network, and contribute to an ambitious mission with meaningful impact. We also expect interns to come in with a general idea of where they want to take their career, so we can better understand how to prepare and support them along that path.
