B2B Sales Executive (Full-Cycle) – AI & Software Development

We are a fast-growing AI and software development company helping startups, founders, and businesses build MVPs, AI-powered tools, automation systems, and custom web/mobile applications.

We work on high-value, custom projects and are looking for a driven sales professional who can generate leads, run sales calls, and close deals independently.


Role Description

  • Identify and generate qualified B2B leads (LinkedIn, outbound email, partnerships, etc.)
  • Conduct cold outreach and book discovery calls
  • Run sales calls and handle objections confidently
  • Prepare proposals and close high-ticket deals
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain CRM records
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline

This is a full-cycle role — from prospecting to closing.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (tech, SaaS, or software services preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and outbound prospecting
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and independent
  • Experience selling custom software, AI solutions, or digital services is a big plus
