Role Description

This full-time remote position offers an exciting opportunity to join Polar Monkeys as a B2B Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and building relationships with potential business clients, developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets. You will be engaging directly with gyms, wellness centers, spas, recovery studios, sports teams, and hospitality groups to introduce our high-end cold plunge solutions. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, highly motivated, and thrives in a performance-focused environment. Responsibilities include presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, delivering an exceptional client experience, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to drive growth.


Based on Experience: $55,000–$60,000 base salary, plus commission. OTE: $110,000-$125,000


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales, preferably with products over $5,000+.
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills, including experience engaging with gyms, wellness centers, spas, and other commercial wellness verticals.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated with a strong focus on performance and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for product demonstrations and client interactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and a data-driven approach to managing pipeline and forecasting.
  • Understanding of the wellness, fitness, or health industry is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
