Role Description
This is a contract remote role for an Attorney. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, developing case strategies, and writing legal documents. Responsibilities include handling cases related to labor and employment law, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in legal proceedings. Candidates will work with an experienced team dedicated to civil rights and employment law.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in Law, with a specific focus on Labor and Employment Law
- Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research
- Proficiency in effective Negotiation and case strategy development
- Ability to draft, review, and analyze legal documents with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in California
- Previous experience in Civil Rights or Employment Law
