💼 What You’ll Do


  • Design and deliver live online seminars for high school students preparing for the HSC (Years 11–12).
  • Break down complex concepts into clear, practical insights students can immediately apply.
  • Create engaging, structured, and strategic learning experiences — no cramming, just mastery.
  • Lead with a growth mindset: model what it means to be curious, motivated, and disciplined.
  • Encourage student interaction and engagement in a group learning setting.
  • Provide occasional feedback and insights that help students refine their study techniques and mindset.


✅ What We’re Looking For


  • A proven track record of HSC success — Band 6 results in your subject(s), or equivalent experience as an educator.
  • Deep subject expertise in at least one core HSC subject (English, Maths, Science, etc.).
  • A genuine love for learning and a drive to inspire students to strive beyond what they think is possible.
  • Outstanding communication skills: clear, confident, and human.
  • A growth mindset — you're always learning and improving your craft.
  • Confidence teaching in a live online group setting (experience preferred but not essential).
  • Reliability, accountability, and pride in delivering high-quality sessions.
