Associate Product Manager


This position is for one of our clients - located in Dubai, operates in Saas (Finance).

Min Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Remote

Package Range: 12-25 LPA


Role Description

As an Associate Product Manager, you will take ownership of key product initiatives, managing the product lifecycle from ideation to execution. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, gathering user feedback, defining requirements, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, operations and marketing teams to deliver impactful solutions. The role also involves monitoring product performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement. This is a full-time remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic, forward-thinking team.


Qualifications

  • Product management skills, including developing product roadmaps, defining requirements, and planning releases.
  • Strong research and analytical skills; ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the tech or startup ecosystem is a plus.
  • Passion for product development, user experience, and solving complex problems.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fully remote environment.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
